And thow shalt kisse / the relykes euerychon
Ȝa for a grote / vn bokle a noon thy purs
Nay nay qd he / thāne haue I Cristes curs
Lat be quod he / it shal nat be so thiche

Thow woldest make me kisse / thyne olde breche
And swere it were a Relyke / of a seynt
Thougħ it were witħ thy foundement / depeynt
But by the Croys / whicħ that Seynt Elyne fonde
I wolde I hadde / thyne coylouns in myn honde

In stede of relikes / or of Seyntuarie
Lat cut hem of / I wil the helpe hem carie
They shuln be Shryned / in an hogges tord
This Pardoner answered / nat a word
So wrotħ he was / no word ne wold he seye

Now quod oure hoost / I wol no lengere pleye
Witħ the / ne witħ noon other angry man
But rigħt a noon / the worthy knygħt bygan
Whan that he saw / that al the peeple low
Nomore of this / for it is rigħt I now

Sire Pardonere be glad / and mery of chere
And ȝe Sire hoost / that ben to me so dere
I preye ȝow that ȝe kisse / the Pardonere
And Pardonere I preye the / drawe the nere
And as we diden / lat vs laugħe and pleye
